2. Description of Service SurgiSnap provides a secure, encrypted platform for surgical professionals to log and manage their operative case data. The application is currently in closed development.

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and decryption keys. Because SurgiSnap utilizes a zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot recover your data if you lose your encryption keys. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.

4. Medical Disclaimer SurgiSnap is a data management tool and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurgiSnap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
